1. Education Counselling
Atlantis Overseas provides education counselling and guidance to help students identify suitable international study pathways. Counselling is advisory in nature and final decisions rest with the student.
2. Application Support
We assist with preparing and submitting applications to partner institutions. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission, which is at the sole discretion of the receiving institution.
3. Institution-Specific Requirements
Each institution has its own admission criteria, deadlines and requirements. Students must meet the specific requirements of their chosen institution and program.
4. Fees
Any service fees charged by Atlantis Overseas will be communicated and agreed in writing before services are rendered. Tuition and institution fees are separate and payable directly to the relevant institution.
5. Visa Processing
We provide guidance on visa requirements and documentation. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authorities and is not guaranteed.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility for services rendered by Atlantis Overseas depends on the stage of processing and is governed by the refund terms agreed at the time of engagement. Institution and visa fees are governed by the respective institution's and government's refund policies.
7. Third-Party University Decisions
Admission, credit transfer, progression and degree-awarding decisions are made by universities and institutions, not by Atlantis Overseas. We cannot influence or guarantee such decisions.
8. Credit Transfer
Credit transfer and advanced entry are subject to academic evaluation by the receiving institution. Final credit awarded and study duration are determined by that institution.
9. Employment Opportunities
Study-and-work opportunities depend on program, visa and local regulations. Employment is not guaranteed unless expressly provided under the relevant institution's written terms.
10. Progression
Progression to a UK university or top-up degree is subject to the relevant institution's and university's requirements and the student's individual eligibility.
11. Changes in Regulations
Government regulations, visa rules, institution policies and fees may change without notice. Atlantis Overseas is not liable for changes outside its control and will advise students of known changes where possible.
